Owner of classic car drives in Depp movie

MILWAUKEE "Public Enemies" will start shooting in Milwaukee, Wis., soon.

The 5,700 pound 1933 Lincoln KB Limousine is a beauty. It's in pristine condition- and was once owned by Frank Nitti, the right-hand man of Al Capone.

Now, the limo- which is original with low mileage and features such as a microphone to talk to the driver, makeup mirrors and pop-up seating- is being used in "Public Enemies," a movie in which Depp plays John Dillinger, a 1930's bank robber.

The mechanics at American Classic in Delafield got the classic car running for the movie. The car's owner remains a mystery. .

"Because they needed a driver of the car, the owner is actually driving the vehicle in the movie. But between the raincoat and the hat you'll never know who the gentleman is," said Al Wagner, American Classic.
