Police are searching from a 9-year-old boy whose parents reported him missing from their Auburn-Gresham home on the South Side on Tuesday night. Denzil Harvest was last seen about 9 p.m. playing outside of his home near South Green and West 83rd streets, police said. The boy suffers from bipolar disorder and is currently on medication for his condition, according to a release from Calumet Area detectives.

Denzil, a 5-foot, 110-pound black boy was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a red jacket with blue trim, according to a Gresham District police captain.

Police say this is the fourth time Denzil, who goes by the nickname Nu-Nu, has gone missing. The last time was in March, a detective said. Denzil is known to frequent the areas of 64th Street between Morgan and Aberdeen, and 87th Street near the Dan Ryan Expressway, the release said.

Foul play is not suspected but Calumet Area detectives are investigating.
