CHICAGO --A judge handed down long prison sentences today to two men convicted in the shooting death of a teenage girl in a busy shopping center parking lot.Crystal Mustafov was killed on Labor Day of 2004 at Kimball and Belmont. Her friend Jose Ramirez was shot and paralyzed.
On Wednesday, Mario Cervantes was sentenced to 162 years in prison. Adam Alicea received a 130-year sentence.
Police say it was a case of mistaken identity. The killers thought the victims were members of a rival gang.
