"It's Raining Cats and Dogs"

The Anti-Cruelty Society's Annual Chef-Tasting Fundraiser
Over 22 local celebrity chefs will be in attendance honoring featured chef, Bravo's Top Chef (Season 4) Stephanie Izard. Participating chefs representing: 312 Chicago, Ai Japanese Restaurant and Lounge, Café 36, Catch 35, Chicago Firehouse Restaurant, David Burke Primehouse, DeLeCosta, Heaven on Seven, Hotel Orrington, Katherine Anne Confections, Michael, PROSECCO, RL, Room 21, Saloon Steakhouse, Sunset Ridge Country Club, Tsuki Japanese Restaurant and Lounge, Uncommon Ground, Viand, and Vie.

This annual affair attracts celebrities, local pet lovers and supporters, TV personalities, board members and more. Attendance is generally 300-400 people. Andy Avalos of NBC5 will serve as honorary emcee and auctioneer!

Background: The Anti-Cruelty Society, founded in 1899, is one of the largest full-service animal shelters in the country. Last year ACS found loving homes for over 5,700 animals, more than all other Chicago shelters combined.
