Andy Conklin, a spokesman for the Cook County state's attorney's office, says Harvey is charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Conklin says Harvey could face a prison sentence of as long as 120 years if convicted on all counts.
