Police nab so-called 'debonair bandit'

January 13, 2009 (ATLANTA) The FBI says James Howze was taken into custody in Atlanta. He is accused of holding up at least five banks in Chicago since last November.

The most recent robbery was at a Chase Bank branch on December 23.

The "debonair bandit" was nicknamed because of his well-dressed, dapper appearance. He usually wore a jacket or a topcoat, a fedora hat, leather gloves and carried a leather briefcase.

The FBI says several tips help lead them to the suspect.
