Their vehicle pulled up to the docks just after noon on Monday.
Police say a security guard heard a gunshot, then the woman fell out of the passenger door. She had been shot.
The man then drove the vehicle into the water. His body was recovered and he also had a gunshot wound.
The identities of the victims have not been released.
