Del Ray tortillas have been the subject of recalls, after several people became ill after eating them.
The Food and Drug Administration will have to give its approval before Del Ray can resume production.

March 6, 2009 (CHICAGO) The federal government filed suit Friday against Del Ray Tortilleria, saying the company's tortillas were not being prepared in compliance with federal regulations to protect food against contamination.
