The dismembered body was identified as 28-year old Rafael Ramirez. He was identified by various markings on his body.
Ramirez was reported missing by his girlfriend on Sunday. The medical examiner says Ramirez died from a gunshot wound to the head.
Police believe he was killed in another location and his body was dumped in Oak Park.
Investigators think the killing might be gang or drug related.
