April 16, 2009 --Just about everyone likes spring rolls. They can be found on the menu in most Asian restaurants. But you can make them at home with a little guidance from an expert. That's why Koi's Executive Chef Bing Zhou along with wife and co-owner Sandy Chen will lead a class on the classic Asian finger-food. The class will meet on Saturday, April 18 at 11:30 am at Koi, 624 Davis St., Evanston. For only $5, you will sip Mimosas and learn to make spring rolls from four different Asian cuisines: the China Town, Shanghai and Thai spring rolls, and a refreshing Vietnamese Roll. All participants will receive a $20 gift certificate for use on their next visit. Reservations are required at 847.866-6969.
