Coffee drinks can be calorie trap

July 27, 2009 The World Cancer Research Fund has been looking at the contents of these drinks.

The combination of sugar, full-fat milk and cream appears to push these coffees way up the calorie scale.

Some drinks contain nearly 600 calories, which can be more than a quarter of a woman's daily calorie intake.

The group wants people to realize that there are healthier versions of these popular drinks and that the key is to ask about ingredients.
