Talks are underway to seek historical status for the neighborhood around Michael Jackson's childhood home. The singer spent his early years in Gary, Indiana.

Now city officials want to designate the neighborhood a historic area. If successful, new federal money would be available for the area.

Also Wednesday, the New York Post reported that Jackson's family has ordered another autopsy. They reportedly hope it will find evidence of foul play.
