September 10, 2009 (CHICAGO) --A website that tracks the Olympic bidding process is out with a new ranking of the 2016 candidate cities and it has Chicago in second place. Gamesbids.com's assessment concurs with armchair quarterbacks across the Olympic movement who have said they believe the race is between Chicago and Rio de Janeiro.
