Jail worker accused of smuggling pot

A food service worker at the Cook County Jail is accused of bringing drugs into the jail. Ivan Garcia of Huntley is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

He's accused of conspiring with an undercover officer to smuggle marijuana into the jail to give to an inmate.

Garcia works for a company that's contracted to provide food services at the Cook County Jail.
