Airports try to improve customer service

There's an effort underway to improve customer service at the nation's airports. Major airports are increasing customer service training for workers.

It applies to those employed by the airports as well as airline check-in staff, transportation, security agents, and employees of airport restaurants and stores.

The idea is to train all airport employees to better respond to passengers' needs regardless of their job titles.
