Lopez is charged with two counts of criminal sexual assault and one count of criminal sexual abuse. Juarez is charged with one count of endangering the life of a child.
Investigators say Juarez knew about the attacks and did nothing to stop them. Police also say she attempted to hinder the investigation into the assaults.
Police say the investigation began after the victim told a school counselor that she thought she might be pregnant as a result of being sexually assaulted.
Lopez was arrested Friday and remains in the Cook County Jail on $100,000 bond. Juarez, arrested Saturday, is free after she paid $100 to cover her $1,000D bond.
Lopez is set to appear in Court on February 10 while Juarez will appear on February 16, both at the Rolling Meadows Courthouse.
