A tour of the new Fisher House in Hines was conducted today.
Fisher House puts up military families of wounded service men and women while their loved ones are undergoing treatment at military hospitals.
The furnished Hines home has 20 suites, a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and private bathrooms. It's the first Fisher Home in Illinois. It officially opens on March 1.
There are 43 Fisher Homes across the nation.
