Stone Park Police Officer Robert Vicari was shot during a field interview near the intersection of Mannheim Road and Division early Saturday. Police say Rashaun Carlisle, 28, of Melrose Park fired the shots from another vehicle.
Carlisle is scheduled to appear at a bond hearing in Maywood on Monday.
