Five of the restaurants that will be featured at the 30th annual Taste opened up booths Tuesday at Prudential Plaza.
Despite the rain and cold temperatures, many turned out to try some of the dishes that will be on the taste menu this summer.
The preview returns to the Plaza Wednesday from 11 am to 2 pm.
The 30th annual Taste of Chicago takes place in Grant Park. It runs June 25 through July 4.
