Fans gave Walters a standing ovation the moment she popped up on the screen. She wasn''t on the set but appeared via Skype.
Walters talked a lot about the surgery and how it wasn't as painful as she thought it would be. She had a message for all her supporters around the world.
"I have to say thank you to my friends and the fans," said Walters. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
Walters is going back to work Monday night on her satellite radio show. She is expected to return to The View in September.
