CTA sued after stroller gets stuck

Ebere Ozonwu-Shokunbi was trying to catch a CTA Red Line train at the Morse Avenue station. But the train doors closed on the stroller carrying her daughter, Rachel. As it pulled away, Rachel was tossed onto the gravel track bed. Ozonwu-Shokunbi claims that the CTA was negligent and seeks more than 100,000 damages. There's been no comment from the CTA regarding the lawsuit.
