White Bean Chicken Chili

Makeover traditional chili to a healthier chili; all the taste without all the fat, calories, salt. You can take the chill off of a cool day and make chili using the leanest meats and a variety of beans for color and nutrition.

White Bean Chicken Chili
Serves 7-8

  • 1 lb. Meijer Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 2 tbsp. Meijer Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1-48 oz. jar Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1-24 oz. jar Meijer Naturals Corn and Black Bean Salsa
  • 2 cups Meijer Organics Chicken Broth
  • Cut Chicken into bite size pieces. Sauté chicken in oil until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan or Crockpot and cook until heated through. Serve and enjoy!
