Local Packer fans celebrate Super Bowl win

February 6, 2011 (CHICAGO)

The Packers went on to victory Sunday night to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers, a team trying for their third Super Bowl title in six years.

A lot of Green Bay fans watched the game at Will's Northwoods Inn on Racine.

Several we talked to live here in Chicago but have ties to Wisconsin. One man said he was born there and being a Packers fan just stays with you all your life.

While the Packers started out strong, the game turned into a bit of a nail biter. Still, fans didn't lose hope.

"They always blow it in the third quarter then they come back in the 4th quarter and they win," one Packers fan said.

The last time the Packers won the Super Bowl was 1997. This is the team's fourth championship.
