Investigators say Janet Thies-Keogh was undergoing treatment for post-partum depression. She allegedly killed her son, Colin, in February while her husband was out.
The boy's autopsy initially indicated further studies were necessary. But on Wednesday, medical examiners determined the child died from suffocation.
