There were shamrocks-a-plenty on the Northwest Side Sunday during the final day of the 26th Annual Irish-American Heritage Festival.

It's one of the city's oldest and most well-attended summer celebrations. Acts at the festival ranged from traditional Irish music and dancing, to children's choirs and games for all ages.

Organizers say more than 15,000 visitors attended the fest over the three-day run.
