Does chocolate lower your risk of heart disease?

Another study has found that people who eat chocolate regularly may not only be feeding their sweet tooth but lowering their risk of heart disease.

This link isn't new but in this analysis of recent studies, researchers found that those who eat the most chocolate on a regular basis reduce their relative risk for heart disease by one-third.

But scientists say this is no license to down chocolate bars, ice cream and cookies -- that will only pack on pounds and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
