It's called Pet Hub and it allows you to use a smart phone to help find Fido.
The free application can be downloaded, and then the phone hovers over something similar to a barcode which is on the animal's collar. That lets you into the website, where you can post your pet's information and hope others will help you find the animal.
You also need a tag and collar which costs about $13
