A recent audit alleges that between July 2010 and June 2011, employees stole thousands of dollars in computers and other equipment from the district, abused the free lunch programs, and misappropriated funds.
A CPS spokesman tells ABC7 the new CPS leadership is already taking necessary corrective actions and additional steps to implement accountability measures throughout the system to ensure that proper protocols and procedures are met.
