US Mail to deliver more 'junk'

The US Postal Service has a new campaign that could mean more junk mail. The financially-strapped agency is highlighting an online tool that helps small businesses send unsolicited mail to customers by neighborhood or zip code, without names or addresses.

The postal service says the online direct mail campaign could increase revenue by $1 billion by 2016.
