Justin Jachimiec, 22, of Orland Park, is accused of disobeying stop signs, riding on lawns and riding on one wheel past a patrol car while taunting officers. Jachimiec is also accused of fleeing officers and recording his antics on a camera mounted on his helmet. That video was later posted on the Internet.
Jachimiec faces several charges including fleeing, eluding, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
