Wednesday morning they handed out flyers containing pictures of the offenders.
The attack happened Saturday night around 10:30 p.m. on the CTA Red Line. A woman was robbed of her iPhone and her husband attacked when he tried to intervene.
Chicago police have also released new surveillance photos that show the offenders getting off a Red Line train at State and Lake around the time of the crime. Anyone who recognizes any of these people should call police.
