Colleges offer napping lessons to help returning students get some sleep

College officials want to help returning students get the one thing they probably miss the most at school: sleep.

Some schools are giving students ear plugs, sleep shades and napping lessons.

College health officials say healthy sleep habits can help ease many ailments facing students, including anxiety, depression, and physical health problems, which can ultimately lead to academic troubles.
