Do you find yourself feeling lazy all the time? Can't get off the couch?

If it makes you feel any better, it may not be all your fault. It could be in the family genes.

Scientists say, laboratory testing has found that it is possible to be genetically predisposed to being lazy.

They say this information is an important step in identifying causes for obesity in humans.

As part of the investigation, they say they identified 36 genes that may play a role in predisposition to physical activity motivation.
