Two homeless people were apparently sleeping in the dumpster when a garbage truck scooped it up, depositing the men into the back.
An employee for Republic Trash Service later heard one person making noise. When he got out at another dumpster location he found one person dead.
The second person was flown to an Indianapolis hospital with severe injuries.
