Former NFL player Wade Davis, who came out after his retirement and his business partner, Darnell Moore, will run a camp called You Belong this summer.
Sunday they were previewing their program, which includes advice for helping people under the age of 24 respond to bullying.
"They'll be workshops on self-esteem building, on youth empowerment, on how to be more civically engaged," Davis said. "We want them to walk away having learned something about basketball, but we would love for them to walk away realizing that they can go back into the communities that they came from and actually change their communities, too."
The four-day camp will include basketball and track and field workshops as well as lessons on nutrition and how to relieve stress.
