Illinois Tollway offers mobile website for I-PASS users

Drivers using the I-PASS system can now more easily manage their accounts via a mobile device.

"More than 81 percent of our customers manage their I-PASS accounts online, so we've made enhancing access to our website one of our top priorities," said Illinois Tollway Executive Director Kristi Lafleur. "Now, our customers can easily check on their I-PASS balance and update their account information with a few taps on their mobile device."

More than 3.5 million people use I-PASS.

After logging on to the mobile site, also available via the traditional illinoistollway.com, motorists can view their account details, review and update personal information, add license plates and activate a new transponder.
