Police have released a sketch of the suspect.
The incident happened last Tuesday morning in the 4600-block of North Beacon Street. An 8-year-old boy says he was walking to school when a man driving a black SUV rolled down the window and told him to get in. The child ran to a crossing guard for help.
The boy said the vehicle had the word "jeep" on it.
