Man killed in South Side drive-by shooting

It happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday night in the 2500-block of South Keeler. Twenty-five-year-old Santiago Ayala was walking with friends when someone inside a vehicle opened fire, hitting Ayala in the back and leg. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
