'Matthew Shepard March' held in Chicago

CHICAGO The 10th annual Matthew Shepard March stepped off from Halsted and Roscoe Saturday night.

Shepard was killed in October 1998 while attending the University of Wyoming. His death put the spotlight on violence against gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered people.

Organizers of Saturday night's march say while laws have been passed to protect them, more needs to be done.
