Comcast high-speed Internet and digital voice home phone service will not see an increase in price.
Comcast says the rate increase is still well under the rate of inflation.
Comcast to raise rates
Starting November 1, the company is boosting rates on average of about 3 percent.
That includes most cable TV services, digital video recorder service and HD set-top boxes.
