Look for the Easter bunny to deliver a little less this year. The National Retail Federation says spending for the holiday will drop by a double digit percentage. The group blames the recession, mass layoffs and slashed pay.

Consumers are expected to spend an average of $117 on candy, food and decorations. That's down about 14 percent from last year.
