The National Transportation Safety Board wants to make sure train crews learn from a 2007 Amtrak crash on Chicago's South Side.A Chicago-bound Amtrak train slammed into the back of a parked freight train, injuring 71 people, and the panel has released two safety recommendations from their investigation into the crash.

The board says Amtrak should identify all engineers and trainees who have problems identifying signals and make sure they receive proper training.
