Restaurants offering tax day relief

Diners at P.F. Chang's Restaurants are getting a 15 percent discount. Cinnabon is giving away free bite-sized cinnamon rolls until 8 p.m.

There are restaurants giving away $50 gift certificates just for dining there Monday night.
