The former chief of staff for ousted governor Rod Blagojevich is expected to plead guilty on Wednesday to corruption charges.An attorney for John Harris says a plea agreement has been reached with prosecutors. Harris was indicted along with Blagojevich and his brother Robert Blagojevich.
There have been reports he could testify against the former governor.
Harris is expected to enter his plea in court on Wednesday.
