Judge denies bond for 2 in Sabina shooting

July 21, 2009 (CHICAGO) Rashad Richardson, 17, is charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a handgun. Sixteen-year-old Deon Funches is facing the same charges.

The two are accused of opening fire in front of the gymnasium at St. Sabina Friday night. Two teen boys, ages 15 and 17, were wounded.
