A Chicago family needs help finding a loved one missing for more than three weeks. Clifford Williams, 42, hasn't been seen since October 26, and family members fear he might have run into foul play. He was last seen at a Save A Lot grocery store at 75th and Stony Island. Williams is in the Army Reserves and was supposed to report to duty last weekend but failed to show.
