Sylvia's Favorite Banana Bread Recipe
"There are many recipes out there for banana bread. But this is the moistest I've ever had," Sylvia points out. "The coconut cream definitely has something to do with it."
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups mashed bananas
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 ½ cups walnuts
2 pkgs. Instant coconut cream pudding
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Form into 3 loaves.
3. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
