Potato Chip/Pecan Cookies

December 15, 2009 What makes it special: potato chips and pecans is the secret ingredient!


1 lb. Butter
1 c Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Egg Yolk
3 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Chopped pecans
1 1/2 c Crushed potato chips

Cream butter. Add sugar and continue mixing. Then add vanilla, egg yolk, flour, chopped pecans and potato chips. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and put on wax paper until completely cooled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

These cookies are rich and "melt in your mouth" delicious.
