Bolingbrook man, girlfriend charged in murder

December 27, 2009 (CHICAGO) The victim was identified as Roberto Cortez, 30, of Romeoville.

Marco Rodriquez, 32, is charged in the killing.

Cortez was stabbed in the neck after an argument at a party.

Police arrested Rodriguez and his girlfriend, Yajaira Ruiz-Ramirez, late Saturday night at a Des Plaines hotel.

She is charged with obstructing justice and aiding a fugitive.
