Flames raced through a pair of buildings on the city's West Side Wednesday morning. The fire broke out just after 5 a.m. in the 3000-block of West Warren Boulevard in a vacant two-flat. Flames quickly raced through that building and burned through the roof. Fire then spread to the building next door. That neighboring two-flat was occupied. Everyone in that building got out safely.

No injuries were reported in this fire. An investigation is now underway into what sparked this fire.
